How much each shipping will cost the customer?
- Our standard shipping cost is 25 AED for all items purchased with value less the 100 AED.
- Shipping within UAE is FREE for all items purchased with value of 100 AED and above (can change without prior notice).
How long each shipping will typically take?
- Item purchased within UAE are to be delivered within approximately 2 to 3 working days in normal conditions but will vary depending on the courier of the shipment.
- Item purchased outside UAE are to be delivered in 7+ working days in normal conditions but will vary depending on the courier of the shipment.
- You well be provided with a tracking number of the shipment and the courier company name via email. You can track the progress and the movement of the shipment.
How long the is handling and processing time when an order is placed and when it gets shipped?
- Shipping and Handling cut-off time is 12 PM, any transactions made after that will be considered as next day transactions
- Transactions made before the cut-off will be shipped on the same day.

Return, Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

- Customers who avail our EPP for 2 or 3 Easy Payment Plan to pay for any item(s) purchased, are REQUIRED to submit National ID as a security assurance that for paying the remaining balance.
- Customers also AGREE to pay the remaining balance (for EPP/Tabby) to be charged automatically from the the credit/debit card used and as per the scheduled payment due date stated in the payment schedule selected and sent to your email.
